iPhone 4 (USA MODEL) Locked to US network ?

Phone itself cannot get service in UK but can still be used as an iPod, but it has the wonderful camera that comes exclusively with the iPhone 4/4S. Apps are still available using WIFI so I believe this is still a bargain
