In reasonable condition with very few surface scratches on screen and some very light damage in general from use. Only other defect that there is no plastic cap that covered the charging slot, but is still covered by a rubber piece which helps prevents damage that may occur to the slot. Everything else is in working order. It comes with all accessories when purchased i.e. USB cable, mains charger, software CD, red back case cover (unused), earphones (unused), manual. In addition, it comes with a replacement charger that was bought when I thought I had lost the original, as well as a brand new 8gb micro sdhc memory card in its packaging. It is still responsive and a generally good phone, easy to use with the android operating system, access to wi fi, internet etc. I have owned it for 2 years and just finished a monthly contract so now have an upgrade. It is locked to 3 at the moment and does not come with a sim card but these can be purchased very cheaply from the 3 store for example to use with pay as you go or sim contract. The phone could also be unlocked to a different network if this is desired. The warranty has ended on the phone also. Open to sensible offers.
